Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Personal Lines Team in Columbia, KY! This position will have work hours to support our West Coast clients. Shift can be 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience 1-3 years minimum
• Must have experience with general office functions
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of finishing projects timely and accurately

Nice To Haves

• Experience with insurance company payables greatly preferred

Responsibilities

• Data Entry of client and policy information
• Field phone calls and assist customers with issues
• Create spreadsheets to help with client tracking
• Electronic filing for clients
• Other duties as assigned
