About The Position

The Processing Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to meet line standards, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient, continuous production. This role adds value by monitoring product flow and adjusting machine speed to maintain efficient production, removing defective products from the line to ensure quality standards are met, performing minor maintenance and adjustments on the machine as needed, following plant work standards, safety policies, and productivity requirements, maintaining a clean work area and completing housekeeping duties as assigned, maintaining regular attendance and dependable work performance, and ensuring compliance with food safety, food defense, and food quality standards. This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of math and have knowledge of measurements, associated with the reading of a caliper or measuring instrument

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
