About The Position
The Processing Kitchen Operator is responsible for operating and running batching computers, ensuring all production goals are met, and following proper order sequencing. This role involves mixing and dumping raw materials into mixers, obtaining materials from storage, measuring specified quantities, and dumping materials from sacks or wheelbarrows into the mixer.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Must be detail oriented.
- Able to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shift
- Dependable & punctual
- Able to lift 30 lbs.

- Machine Operating Experience preferred
- Quality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Mixes and dumps raw materials into mixers.
- Obtains materials from storage area, using shovel, wheelbarrow, and transports material to batching area.
- Measures specified quantities of materials according to batch cards, using scales or measuring box.
- Dumps material from sacks onto conveyor leading to mixer or empties bulk material from wheelbarrow into mixer.
- Ensures that all production goals are met.
- Follows proper order sequencing.
