About The Position

The Processing Operations Director serves as the senior on-site leader responsible for the overall management and delivery of Anovaeon’s case processing operations within an ICE processing facility. This role oversees the daily execution of administrative immigration processing activities and ensures that case processing operations are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with government expectations. The Processing Operations Director acts as the primary liaison between Anovaeon leadership, facility leadership, and ICE personnel. This position coordinates closely with the Facility Director, Facility Deputy Director, and other operational partners to ensure that detainee processing activities support the government’s operational objectives. As the senior on-site representative for Anovaeon, the Processing Operations Director provides leadership, oversight, and strategic coordination across all case processing activities and personnel.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or operational leadership experience

  • Employees must adhere to all federal security, confidentiality, and operational protocols while working within government facilities.
  • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods while conducting data entry and interviews
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during facility operations (up to 8-12 hours per shift)
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions
  • Capability to work in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, temperature variations)
  • Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations throughout the facility
  • Visual acuity for detailed computer work and document review
  • Auditory ability to conduct interviews and monitor facility for safety concerns

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting federal government programs strongly preferred
  • Experience working with immigration operations, detention environments, or law enforcement support programs preferred
  • Experience coordinating multi-agency or multi-contractor operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all case processing operations conducted by Anovaeon personnel at the facility
  • Ensure that administrative processing activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with government requirements
  • Monitor overall program performance and ensure operational objectives are met
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to supervisory and processing staff
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison between Anovaeon and Prime contractor and government personnel
  • Coordinate regularly with ICE staff regarding operational priorities, detainee processing expectations, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain close coordination with the Facility Director and Facility Deputy Director to ensure alignment across facility operations
  • Collaborate with third-party operational teams including corrections personnel, medical staff, IT support teams, and other contractors operating within the facility
  • Ensure case processing operations integrate smoothly with broader facility workflows
  • Oversee the overall delivery of administrative case processing services supporting immigration proceedings and removal operations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of detainee case documentation and administrative records
  • Monitor case processing pipelines and detainee docket flow to ensure efficient processing timelines
  • Ensure case processing operations support ICE enforcement and administrative objectives
  • Supervise Processing Site Supervisors and provide leadership to the entire case processing workforce
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce coverage across operational shifts
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of case processing personnel
  • Coordinate with HR and training staff to ensure personnel are properly trained and qualified
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for supervisory staff
  • Establish and oversee quality assurance processes for case processing operations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable government policies, operational procedures, and contractual requirements
  • Conduct operational reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and process integrity
  • Identify risks or compliance concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Report significant operational issues or compliance concerns to senior leadership
  • Provide regular operational updates to Anovaeon leadership regarding program performance
  • Maintain open communication with facility leadership and ICE representatives
  • Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and status updates as required
  • Ensure accurate documentation of operational activities and key events
