The summer internship program offers a challenging, high impact opportunity to work through important projects. Interns will participate in an event series focused on personal and professional development and will present their accomplishments to senior leadership. Interns are considered an important aspect of the hiring ecosystem and are some of the first individuals considered for full-time hiring.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering Bachelor or Master degree program
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week beginning in June 2026, for approximately 13 weeks
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has interest/ability to work in a dynamic, challenging work environment
  • Good time management/organization skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in and/or leading team projects
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Chemistry background preferred with laboratory experience
  • Microsoft Suite experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Participate in experimental manufacturing batches under supervision.
  • Document test results, observations, and process changes accurately.
  • Conduct experimental lab batches by following detailed instructions and established procedures.
  • Assist in data collection, interpretation, and analysis to support engineering decisions.
  • Shadow process engineers during problem-solving, process optimization, and troubleshooting activities.
