Responsibilities include processing numerous documents in a timely and efficient manner, working with various firm and industry systems and enjoys process improvement and automation of technology. If you enjoy working with branch offices and other departments, this may be an ideal career move for you. The Document & Workflow Services Team is responsible for converting physical documents into digital formats to streamline organizational processes. The team uses high speed scanners, OCR software and secure document management systems to capture, index and store documents electronically. Once digitized, documents are integrated into operational workflows.
