We are looking for a Document Coordinator at our Tonawanda, NY location to support the Hebeler-Howard Marten (HHM) division. This full-time, hourly position is responsible for providing and managing document deliverables to the customer to meet or exceed their expectation in terms of the quality of the documentation and on-time delivery. Requirements

  • Associates degree in a business or related field or High school diploma with two (2) years of experience with document management required;

Nice To Haves

  • Four (4) years’ experience with customer or vendor interactions in a manufacturing environment preferred;
  • Experience in digital records management in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customer systems, compiling project deliverables according to specifications;
  • Compile company quality documents and component manuals into an Adobe file for delivery to the customer.
  • Manage and maintain component manual revisions.
  • Communicate document status via weekly interaction with the customer and Hebeler-Howard Marten Project Engineers.
  • Manage and communicate document deliverables for the organization.
  • Interact with vendors in acquisition of required documents to accompany purchased components.
  • Manage the review, approval, and resolution of vendor document issues.
  • Interact with other departments to approve and resolve vendor documents.
  • Supporting the AfterMarket / Spare Parts Process.
  • Support Hebeler-Howard Marten team with administrative duties as required.
