PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Receives all incoming emails with claims documents from Branches. Acknowledge and respond to all claims-related emails in a timely and professional manner. Checks vehicle and policy information from the emailed documents received and updates existing files. Create and maintain claim registries, ensuring accurate file links are established. File links any additional documents received by email with registry & follows up for handler. Assigns registries to claims technicians for claims handling. Update and maintain registry logs to ensure accuracy and completeness. Review physical original claim documents when received from branches, process any documents not file linked to 4D, and place onto the physical files. Assist with preparation of payment request and recovery documentation. Track payment status and follow up with finance or vendors. Assist with file reviews. File all documents received from branches. Maintain filing cabinet under supervision of Supervisor. Performs any other duties related to the job functions as may be assigned.
