About The Position

Massanutten Resort Position requires strong attention to detail for managing files and data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. General office skills and the ability to learn current and future software systems. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). You must be able to meet deadlines and prioritize work in a busy work environment. Duties include sorting, filing, copying, and maintaining records; repetitive tasks such as updating spreadsheets, databases, and client information; special project support and other duties as assigned. Tasks, Duties Perform specialized duties using specific area of expert Execute job functions in accordance with departmental goals Serve as a representative of the company Maintain and adhere to safe work environment protocols Perform tasks as directed by your manager or supervisor Communication/Team Involvement Contribute specialized knowledge to the company and your team Alert supervisor or manager to any issues that may require attention Assist in special project implementation and assist team as needed Effectively communicate changes (e.g. policies, operating procedures) Participate in the feedback loop that includes staff members at all levels to underscore the company’s team-oriented culture Decision-Making, Judgment, and Initiatives Organize daily assignments to ensure efficient task completion Think critically to effectively solve problems Develop projects and growth initiatives relevant to current area utilizing available resources Research and recommend long range solutions to management Seeking out solutions to improve efficiency and/or the customer experience Professional Development and Mentoring Seek additional specialized training relevant to current field Cross train co-workers Identify related fields that may contribute to increased global understanding Core Responsibilities Promote healthy interoffice employee relations Implement cross training to current or new employees Data entry Retain records via document imaging (Onbase) Other duties as assigned by management Schedule Monday - Friday.
