Responsibilities

• Processing personal lines renewals, endorsements, new business and cancellations for multiple branches.
• Comparing data on documents received from insurance carriers to existing data within client files.
• Contacting personal lines sales teams to advise of any discrepancies.
• Updating the broker management system with required changes.
• Billing client premiums.
• Requesting cheques for client refunds.
• Preparing document packages for clients.
• Providing excellent customer service to personal lines sales teams.
• Working within a busy office environment and supporting the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
