About The Position

The Part-Time Processing Associate handles incoming merchandise and prepares it for the sales floor or back stock. The role supports merchandising teams by distributing items to the correct Specialty Shop, organizing merchandise materials, and keeping work areas orderly and safe. Associates are expected to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a respectful, positive team atmosphere, and follow safety procedures. Compensation starts at $15 per hour.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming merchandise efficiently and ensure correct counts.
Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock.
Assist Merchandising Teams in distributing items to the correct Specialty Shop.
Organize clothing hangers and size labels.
Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of them in the trash compactor.
Operate a pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage, and work areas.
Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Use organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Navigate a computer and handheld inventory computer/scanner.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, treat others with respect, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Keep personal workspaces and surrounding areas orderly to support a safe work environment.
Follow safety procedures and perform duties in a way that minimizes injury risk.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
