This position provides administrative/clerical support to a number of professional and specialty staff within the Division of Services for the Blind (DSB). DSB provides services to people who are visually impaired, blind, and deaf-blind to help them reach their goals of independence and employment. The role involves data input/retrieval, creating authorizations, processing claims, ordering aids, appliances, AT, and other equipment, setting up case files, and corresponding with consumers, vendors, other DSB staff, and visitors. Additionally, the position offers general office support, including answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, checking in equipment, sending faxes, and providing basic technical support for office equipment and software.
