Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 4-5 years’ experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • Advanced skills in Lean, Six Sigma, project management, and coaching
  • Demonstrated expertise with Kaizen Blitz, Kanban, 5S, Standard Work, VSM, Pull Systems, PDCA, DMAIC, and SMED
  • Track record in leading cross-functional teams and facilitating organizational change
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong financial acumen related to manufacturing operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BD Production System (BDPS) or similar corporate Lean programs
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management and P&L savings validation
  • Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Champion and implement Operational Excellence strategies to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives across all levels
  • Lead, coordinate, and facilitate Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects, including Kaizen Blitz events and Kaizen Weeks
  • Administer the Change to Win and BD Production System (BDPS) programs for consistent operational performance and growth
  • Mentor and develop employees in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Continuous Improvement tools
  • Lead Value Stream Mapping, Annual Deployment Plan development, and drive Lean Transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
  • Identify, assess, and validate improvement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with Finance to measure and confirm financial impact of projects
  • Maintain robust visual management systems and ensure process standardization
  • Engage executive leadership through Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Voice of the Business (VOB) reviews
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline
