This position will lead business process discovery, process mapping, future-state process design, policy and procedure development, organizational change management, readiness planning, and training and performance support. The Lead will work closely with Finance and Administration leaders, functional subject-matter experts, colleges, schools, administrative units, technology teams, and other university stakeholders to simplify transactional processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, strengthen internal controls, improve the customer experience and promote consistent institutional practices. Beyond the Workday implementation, the position will support an ongoing portfolio of process-transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives across Finance and Administration. The successful candidate will be well versed in organizational change management, Lean Six Sigma or comparable process-improvement methodologies, business process analysis, policy and procedure governance, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, adult learning, and performance-support development. This is a senior individual-contributor role that requires the ability to lead complex initiatives through collaboration and influence.
