Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Physical or Life Science, Medical, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree may substitute for up to two years of experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in healthcare, business, operations, or consulting preferred.
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, leadership development, and driving measurable results through collaboration and influence.

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Uses process improvement tools/techniques (Lean, Six-Sigma, IHI Improvement Model, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement and lead change to obtain measurable improvement while engaging front line team members.
  • Project Logistics: Supports Senior Performance Excellence Consultant/Lead Performance Excellence Consultant by coordinating a variety of PTI project activities, reports, schedules and logistics.
  • Data Analytics: Gathers and organizes data and completes data analysis for multiple projects.
  • Project Management: Creates, evaluates, updates and coordinates project teams and project plans. Facilitates project and improvement work, assuring the work gets done while engaging and growing the people.
  • Capable at organizing complex work and projects across a variety of areas both clinical and non-clinical.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels from front line to Sr. executives.
  • Must be able to simplify complex information, situations, processes and tools and communicate them to others for effective learning and understanding.
