About The Position

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing standardized Network Services operational frameworks, SOPs, and governance models. The manager will act as a strategic operational bridge between Network Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Cloud teams, driving technical design reviews to ensure alignment between high-level roadmaps and tactical implementation. The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end Network Services portfolio using data-driven capacity planning, risk-mitigation strategies, and executive tracking dashboards, managing enterprise technology roadmaps, hardware/software refresh cycles, and design standard enforcement. Additionally, the manager will partner with Finance and Procurement to manage budgets, software renewals, and vendor contracts, while defining operational KPIs and executive scorecards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years of experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.
  • 5 years of experience preferred.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Holds formal credentials in IT governance or project management, such as PMP/PgMP, ITIL v4, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Agile/SAFe.
  • Hands-on background or strong working knowledge of enterprise network ecosystems (Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, Wireless) and hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Proven track record driving operational maturity, compliance, and governance within healthcare, financial services, or strictly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize standardized Network Services operational frameworks, SOPs, and governance models to reduce delivery risk and streamline engineering handoffs across complex infrastructure environments.
  • Act as the strategic operational bridge between Network Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Cloud teams, driving technical design reviews to ensure alignment between high-level roadmaps and tactical implementation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Network Services portfolio using data-driven capacity planning, risk-mitigation strategies, and executive tracking dashboards (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to maintain schedule and scope integrity.
  • Manage enterprise technology roadmaps, hardware/software refresh cycles, and design standard enforcement to minimize operational complexity and maintain network supportability.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage multi-million-dollar CAPEX/OPEX budgets, software renewals, and vendor contracts while defining operational KPIs and executive scorecards.
