About The Position
This role is for a Process Technician with an established precision manufacturing and injection molding company in Royalton, Vermont. Process Technicians work with sophisticated manufacturing equipment and automated systems. They troubleshoot mechanical and production problems, make adjustments, perform equipment and job setups, monitor quality, and help keep production running properly. The company is looking for mechanically inclined individuals who are good at figuring out how things work and why they aren't working, and they are willing to train individuals without prior injection molding experience. A Skills Transfer Review is available for those with mechanical or technical experience to assess skill transferability.
