About The Position

The Process Technician is responsible for performing mold changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups. This role involves troubleshooting equipment and making process setting adjustments to ensure quality and productivity requirements are met. Additionally, the technician will perform routine daily maintenance and repairs on process and building equipment, and complete required documentation accurately according to cGMP standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic skills in industrial electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Must have one year of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs mold changeovers, set-ups, and start-ups as directed.
• Troubleshoots equipment and auxiliary equipment to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
• Makes process setting adjustments to insure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained.
• Performs routine daily maintenance and repairs on process and building equipment as directed.
• Completes required documentation completely and accurately per cGMP requirements.
