About The Position

The Process Technician is responsible for handling materials, monitoring the production process, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with team members to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output. This role also involves practicing lean manufacturing principles, performing packing and material handling, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspection
• Must be able to read a ruler and understand fractions, and demonstrate basic math skills
• Must be able to work well with others and in a diverse workforce environment

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and ensure their efficient and timely delivery to the production line
• Monitor the production process to ensure optimal efficiency and quality output
• Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or issues in the production process
• Collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot and address any operational challenges
• Practice lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Perform packing and material handling tasks as required
• Demonstrates a deliberate focus on safety, quality, continuous improvement
• Performs other job duties as assigned
