Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn technical skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and basic computer skills.
Dependable and adaptable in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
Overtime as required.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Experience operating pallet jacks or other industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Supply production areas with raw materials and maintain material handling equipment.
Prepare molds, tools, and auxiliary equipment for machine set-ups and changeovers.
Assist with mold installations, start-ups, and preventative maintenance activities.
Learn troubleshooting and process-related skills through a structured training program.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete assigned training, coursework, and hands-on learning activities.
