Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
1-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food and beverage packaging industry.
1-3 years of experience demonstrating mechanical aptitude and worked on machines and/or tooling
Ability to use computers.
Must be able to communicate using email.
Must be able to use computer applications including Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with associates at all levels of the organization.
Detailed problem solving and analytical thinking.
Good written and verbal communications.
Strong Technical and Mechanical skills.
Ability to safely drive stand up and sit-down fork trucks
Basic proficiency in English including the ability to understand and execute instructions on the manufacturing floor.
