KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be proactive in identifying improved process capabilities on the production floor. Provide input to new product development teams upon request. Actively participate in start-up of jobs. Following established programs to improve overall product quality on a continual basis. Thorough understanding of material behavior in the thermoforming process. Assist in the start-up of new equipment with process support. Maintain and upkeep process definition sheets and tracking system. Ability to work on equipment with basic hand tools. Maintain high degree of technical proficiency acquired through experience and on-the-job training. Leadership Role. Develop employee technical skills. Coach and mentor employees.

Requirements

• Two year degree or five (5) years relevant experience
• Experience working with machinery
• Experience in analyzing and solving problems
• Good analytical skills with initiative and trouble shooting skills
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints
• Good verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong computer skills essential
