About The Position

Attindas is offering exciting opportunities for Process Technicians at our Greenville, NC manufacturing facility! The Process Technician has primary responsibility (ownership) of the asset. As such they are responsible for ensuring that process settings affecting the product quality and product performance attributes are properly maintained using process control “mid-ranging” or “centerline” disciplines. The Process Technician is expected to review the daily reports, process control audits, splice reject audit, quality defect reports, RIP, and other data to assist in assuring that the manufacturing equipment is delivering the expected performance goals. The process tech is responsible for training team members through OJT as well as development of supporting documentation to skill assessments, one-point lessons, etc.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated MT3 Entry skills
  • AA Degree, Technical Certification and/or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to train team members on all machine platforms for assigned lines
  • Ability to document processes and develop training materials
  • Work effectively with teams and individuals
  • Must be able to properly use and read measuring instruments required for line set-up and quality testing
  • Ability to lead and direct teams within the perimeters set by the leadership team
  • Ability to give and understand detailed instructions.
  • Must be able to lift to 40 pounds on a periodic basis.
  • Must have full upper body mobility.
  • Must have the ability to stoop and maneuver around equipment to perform maintenance duties.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize duties/projects and appropriately handle multiple job tasks.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
