Process Technician (Night Shift)

NewboldEasley, SC
Onsite

About The Position

We’re hiring Process Technicians to support a growing, high-volume manufacturing operation with new equipment coming online. This is not a sit-back-and-watch role—this is for someone who thrives in the action, diagnosing issues, fixing problems fast, and keeping production moving. If you’ve ever been the “go-to” person on the floor when things break, this is your kind of job. The role involves walking into shift, getting the handoff, and hitting the floor running, acting as a “firefighter” when machines go down, diagnosing and fixing them quickly. Responsibilities include setting up and changing over equipment to keep production flowing, troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues, tracking downtime and helping to eliminate recurring problems, and performing preventative maintenance (TPM). The core function is to keep the production line running.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical support environment
  • Demonstrated experience with mechanical troubleshooting and equipment setup
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems (e.g., multimeter usage, motors, sensors)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
