As our Process Technician, you'll own the full lifecycle of each job — from mold changes and start-up through first article approval, operator training, and final shutdown. This role includes hands-on die/mold setting responsibilities: preparing injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, setting molds into machines, setting barrel heats, process, robot, and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT), nozzle replacement, and all related water, air, and hydraulic connections. In our low to mid volume sampling environment, this role typically runs 3-4 sets per Process Technician per shift. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment and takes pride in producing quality parts right the first time. This position is for 2nd Shift with hours of 3:30pm-12:00am. Top Accountabilities: Ensure safe and efficient mold changes and job start-ups, maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with operators, quality, and project teams to deliver successful, high-quality production outcomes.
