About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Injection Molding Technician to join our team at Plastic Products Company. This role is for the 3rd shift, which runs Sunday night to Thursday night from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Rotating weekend work may be required. The position is in-person.
Requirements
- Candidate must have strong background in injection molding.
- Plastic injection molding: 2 years+
Nice To Haves
- Scientific molding experience and training a plus!
- Experience w/ Nissei, Milacron, Roboshot Injection molding machines preferred.
- Experience w/ Star, Sepro, Fanuc robotics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Start & test tools & resins.
- Establish & document injection molding parameters.
- Using a methodical approach to troubleshoot machines, equipment, & processes to resolve part quality issues.
- Troubleshoot cartesian & 6X robot programming & EOAT/hardware & establish new programs when needed.
- Work alongside other departments & team members in a group setting to resolve issues.
