Requirements

  • Technical Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for engineer and team interaction

Responsibilities

  • Preparing wafers for experimentation
  • Operating reactors to perform thin film processes
  • Using scanning electron microscopes for analyses and imaging
  • Recording process conditions and experimental observations
  • Performing routine maintenance procedures
  • Evaluating wafers and thin films
  • Preparing cross-section samples for analysis
  • Identifying patterns of interest in imaging
  • Operating laboratory process equipment and instrumentation
  • Troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and process optimization
  • Assisting engineers in developing process technology for advanced processes
  • Performing basic recipe adjustments and tool troubleshooting during process runs
  • Implementing changes as directed by the engineer
  • Coordinating with tool operators to align tool time, execute process sequences, and submit for characterization
  • Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and working efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in using company applications on the work phone and Laptop
  • Willingness to support shift‑based or flexible schedules depending on lab needs
