Position Snapshot Schedule: Rotating 12-hour schedule (4 days on, 4 days off; rotating days and nights; 6:00 AM / 6:00 PM start) Location: Onsite | Martinsville, VA Position Type: Full Time Position Classification: Non-Exempt Pay Range: $20/hr to $28/hr Reports To: Shift Supervisor Why This Role Matters Process Technicians are at the heart of our manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, maintaining product quality, and supporting efficient, continuous production. Through cross-training across multiple production areas, Production Technicians help create a flexible, high-performing workforce that supports the long-term success of our Martinsville operation.
