About The Position

The Process Technician 1 position is responsible for performing basic process support activities within our semiconductor company. This position supports manufacturing processes, assists with equipment operation, and helps maintain process parameters for production operations. The role requires fundamental understanding of process principles, technical skills, and attention to detail to support effective semiconductor manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience in process operations, manufacturing, or related role
• Basic knowledge of process principles and practices
• Experience with basic equipment operation and monitoring
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations in a production environment
• Basic knowledge of process principles and practices
• Understanding of manufacturing procedures and equipment operation
• Proficiency with basic process tools, monitoring devices, and measurement instruments
• Attention to detail and accuracy in process operations
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Basic problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of workplace safety and process protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop process expertise
• Basic understanding of quality requirements and specifications
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic computer skills for process documentation and data entry
• Ability to work in clean room environments when required
• Capability to work rotating shifts as needed
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
