About The Position
The Process Technician I supports safe and efficient manufacturing by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing molding operations, and supporting production, maintenance, and quality objectives. Second shift hours are M-FR 3pm - Midnight.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and adjacent shift coverage as needed.
- Must work independently and in a team environment while maintaining a 95% or better attendance record.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust cycle times and production processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment and support process improvements.
- Conduct process monitoring, sampling, testing, and equipment preparation.
- Support maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
- Monitor product quality and customer specifications.
- Assist with mold changes, trial runs, and process validation.
- Support production during breaks and changing business needs.
- Install and support manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
