About The Position

Perform all tasks involved in the production of Standlee Premium Western Forage products. This includes sweeping, packaging, stacking, and all other process support. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and expectations for performance. It cannot encompass all specific job tasks that an employee may be required to perform; employee is required to follow any other job-related instructions and perform job-related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.

Requirements

• Required to perform basic math
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Performs work as assigned by department supervisor
• Assembles the materials to produce finished product from raw materials.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Placed finished goods on the designated pallet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
