About The Position
We are seeking independent process servers to complete legal document deliveries throughout Wyoming County, New York. This opportunity is ideal for reliable, self-motivated professionals who enjoy working independently and managing their own schedules. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for serving legal documents to individuals and businesses while maintaining accurate records and timely communication throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with the ability to use mobile apps for receiving assignments and submitting updates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
Nice To Haves
- Prior process serving experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Serve legal documents to individuals and businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of service.
- Provide timely communication throughout the service process.
- Make 3-4 service attempts on varying days and times, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
- Receive assignments and submit updates using a smartphone with mobile app capabilities.
