About The Position
We are seeking experienced process servers in Tennessee to serve legal documents as part of our growing contractor network. This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role where you can grow your own business while receiving steady, consistent assignments. The role involves serving legal documents in Henry County, Georgia, specifically in the Stockbridge City areas.
Requirements
- Must be able to attempt all cases (assigned to you) at a minimum every 72 hours.
- Activate all cases within 24 hours of receiving the FedEx package/emailed documents.
- Able to make a Saturday or Sunday attempts on all files assigned to you.
- Must fill out worksheets and scan them in on completed cases only within 24 hours of the service date (must have access to a scanner/scanner app).
- Utilized our Mobile apps to capture photos of addresses, place detailed attempt notes, and serve and non-serve cases in the mobile app.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance are required.
