About The Position

ProVest is one of the largest legal support services firms in the U.S., specializing in the service of process for some of the most prestigious law firms and financial institutions. We handle thousands of legal documents each year, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints. We’re currently seeking independent contractors to join our growing network. ProVest LLC is seeking Certified Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Anadarko (and surrounding areas). Celebrating over 30 years of excellence, ProVest LLC is one of the nation’s leading legal support service firms. With 12 offices nationwide, we provide comprehensive legal and process service solutions to many of the country's most respected law firms and financial institutions. Our mission is to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant services while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Licensed Private Investigators
• Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts: Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Upload photo evidence of addresses
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Submit detailed attempt notes
• Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to: Record service or non-service outcomes
