About The Position

ProVest, a leading legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Robertson County, TN. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job. As a Private Process Server, you will work independently to deliver legal documents such as foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices on behalf of law firms and financial institutions. You will manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps, plan your routes, and manage your own schedule.

Requirements

Tennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)
Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day
Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting
Live in or near the listed counties
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently
Communicate clearly and professionally
Comfortable using mobile technology
Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism
