About The Position
ProVest, a large legal support services firm, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Minnesota (MN). Applicants must reside in Minnesota, preferably near Mower County. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Requirements
- Minnesota residency (near listed county preferred)
- Complete 3 to 5 service attempts per assignment, depending on client requirements, including attempts during: Before 9:00 AM, After 6:00 PM, Weekends
- All attempts must be completed on different days and properly documented through the ProVest mobile app with GPS-enabled photographs
- Willingness and ability to visit local courthouses to pick up filed documents and email them back to ProVest when requested
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Access to a computer, printer, scanner, and email
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting

Responsibilities
- Serve legal documents within assigned areas
- Manage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
- Document all service attempts using the mobile app, including GPS-stamped photographs
- Complete required service attempts in accordance with client guidelines
- Return completed documents and reports accurately and on time
- Plan routes and manage your own schedule
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times
