About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for new and existing products. The Process Scientist will work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth scale-up and efficient production. Key responsibilities include process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and yield.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Strong understanding of chemical processes and manufacturing principles.
• Experience with process development and optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty chemical industry.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Responsibilities
