Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline
5+ years of experience in process or project engineering within the chemical industry
Strong Process Safety Management (PSM) experience
Knowledge of NFPA, API RP 520/521, AutoCAD, P&IDs, and project management tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

ATEX, SAP, ICC, fire protection, and PFAS experience
Capital project management experience in manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) activities, including PHAs, risk assessments, PSSRs, and hazard reviews.
Identify and implement safety, reliability, and process improvement solutions.
Manage safety-related capital projects from concept through startup.
Conduct HAZOPs, support Management of Change (MOC), and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Maintenance, Procurement, and external partners.
Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
