For Process services in the Capital Projects area. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: The Technical Part: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical related field and five plus (5+) years of exposure within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry. Excellent verbal/written communication skills (English and Spanish) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferable) Shift: Administrative & according to business needs. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Act as the owner's representative, ensuring that the project aligns with the owner's vision and requirements. Lead and manage manufacturing capital project consisting of both internal and external professionals to safely achieve project objectives from conceptual design through operational verification. Supervise the construction of the building's process trains and clean utilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Manage and oversee the construction of the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Be on-site 4 days a week to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that all work is being performed according to the project plan. Provide feedback and comments on change orders, ensuring that any modifications are necessary, cost-effective, and do not compromise the project's integrity. Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects and ensure compliance to safety and environmental policies, procedures, and work rules. Develop and maintain effective communication with the project team, governance teams, business partners and other stakeholders, and facilitate issue resolution. Conducting regular site walkdowns to review quality and progress and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project costs, manage budgets, report on financial status, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
