Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in a production environment
• Skilled in PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley)
• Skilled in high-purity water systems
• Skilled in clean-in-place methods
• Strong analytical skills for engineering calculations, process design, and troubleshooting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to adapt to change
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• FDA-regulated experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced process control and automation for raw material handling, batching, purified water systems, CIP processes, and fluid transfer operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, optimizing workflows and reducing costs while enhancing sustainability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to keep operations running smoothly.
• Partner with R&D to pilot and implement cutting-edge batching improvements that elevate product quality.
• Manage projects from concept to completion—delivering on scope, budget, and timing with precision.
• Develop and implement automated processes, create detailed SOPs, PFDs, P&IDs, and other technical documentation that set the standard for excellence.
