About The Position
The Process Operator is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role involves operating equipment, adjusting process parameters, conducting inspections, and responding to alarms or process deviations while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards. This is a 3rd Shift position, Monday – Thursday, 6:30 PM - 5 AM.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of experience in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of chemicals used in specific process
- Must complete site specific safety training and operator training
- Ability to communicate clearly to team members
Responsibilities
- Assembly of a wide variety of products
- Operate computer to enter necessary documentation
- Able to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
- Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
- Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
