About The Position

Agri-Mark/McCadam/Cabot Creamery, with over 100 years of history rooted in farming, family, and sustainability, is seeking a regular, full-time Machine Operator for its dryer operation (including dryer, evaporator, and RO) on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The role involves ensuring proper pasteurization of products in compliance with state and federal regulations, adhering to precise quality standards for cream, skim, and condensed milk specifications. The operator will gain a comprehensive understanding of the RO process, milk separation, and related equipment, including the evaporator and dryer. Cross-training will be provided to support business needs. Flexibility in scheduling, including willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as required, is essential, with mandatory overtime, weekend, holiday work, and shift rotation at times.

Requirements

Must be available for schedule flexibility, willingness to work overtime, weekends, holiday and rotate shift, as required.
At times overtime, weekend work, holiday work, and shift rotation will be mandatory.

Responsibilities

Provide for proper pasteurization of products following state and federal regulations.
Comply with precise quality standards for cream, skim and condenses specification.
Understand the process of the RO, separation of milk and all related equipment, including evaporator and dryer.
Engage in cross training to support business needs.
Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Rotate shifts as required.
