About The Position

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Process Operator - Level 2 for their production line in Columbia, MO. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, monitoring parameters, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment for optimal performance. The position is crucial for maintaining quality and compliance within the production line. The role reports directly to the ISC Production Supervisor.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT)
• Operate packaging lines
• Monitor process to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Troubleshoot and escalate production issues when required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area through daily housekeeping.
• Work as a team to complete assigned tasks.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
