Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Computer literacy
  • Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification (required)

Nice To Haves

  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Mechanical/problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Knowledge of GMP and food safety (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Operate mechanized equipment safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Monitor operations via control room systems
  • Sample and test products for quality assurance
  • Load/unload trucks, railcars, and containers
  • Pack, inspect, and handle various packaging formats
  • Transfer product between tanks as needed
  • Maintain inventory and cleanliness of equipment
  • Handle chemicals safely and according to protocols
