A-Gas in Rhome, TX is hiring a full-time Operations Technician to support our cutting-edge refrigerant processing operations. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain HazMat Certification and EPA 608 certification
• Experience in manufacturing, chemicals industry, or production processes
• Experience with Pumps, Hoses, Compressors, PMS, Lockout Tag Out
• Excellent math skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Excel/Word

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of chemical process experience or an Associate's degree

Responsibilities

• Inspecting equipment and configuring distillation columns
• Process setups
• Executing transfers and bulk tank moves
• Performing teardowns
• Completing safety checks and PMS/LOTO procedures
• Logging results in Excel
• Reporting anomalies
