The Process and Operations Engineer is an operations‑focused, technical development role designed to cultivate future plant leaders across Reworld’s Energy‑from‑Waste (EfW) fleet. Reporting to an Area Manager or Facility Manager, this position combines hands‑on plant operations support, process optimization, performance management, and capital project execution within a highly regulated heavy industrial environment. This role provides direct exposure to core EfW systems including combustion, steam generation, power production, and environmental controls. The Process and Operations Engineer partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Regional Engineering, and Corporate Process Engineering teams to drive plant reliability, environmental compliance, and operational excellence. Through structured development, progressive responsibility, and mentorship from facility and corporate leadership, this role prepares high‑potential engineers for future operations and plant leadership opportunities within Reworld.
