As a Process Manager you will lead a team to ensure continued operation along with process improvements are achieved for future growth at the Talladega, AL metal processing plant.

Responsibilities
- Motivate your team of associates to achieve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with others in plant to ensure the production plan matches customer demand.
- Verify your leadership team has everything they need to succeed.
- Observe the current state of affairs in the plant to identify where we can do better now.
- Look to the future and identify what can be done now to perform better and develop the plan to get there.
- Collaborate internally and across PSI to produce the best quality and service to our customers.
