About The Position

As a Senior Associate, Process Manager within Capital One’s ATM and Cash team, you will be a key driver in advancing our ATM and non-ATM Hardware Strategy. This role is designed for a highly disciplined, detail-oriented professional who thrives on operational precision. You will be responsible for the "behind-the-scenes" excellence that ensures our physical hardware fleet—from ATMs to specialized banking technology—is managed through rigorous and efficient processes. We are seeking a candidate who prioritizes accuracy above all else and possesses the "influence-up" communication skills necessary to deliver results to leadership. General Responsibilities: Hardware Strategy Management: Manage the day-to-day processes that support ATM and non-ATM hardware. This includes monitoring performance, reporting on fleet health, and planning redesign initiatives for hardware deployment and maintenance. Expert Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets at an advanced level to collect, analyze, and measure performance metrics. You will be responsible for identifying trends, tracking gaps, and ensuring data integrity for monthly performance reviews. Precision Reporting: Create and maintain impeccable process documents, diagrams, and project reports. You will develop business cases and presentations that translate hardware data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership. Complex Problem Solving: Identify and resolve breakdowns in the hardware lifecycle. You will be expected to ask the right questions to identify root causes and ensure that processes are corrected to prevent future errors. Technical Process Controls: Define, establish, and monitor technical process controls specifically for hardware assets to ensure every step of the lifecycle meets company standards. Process Execution: Hands-on execution of specific process steps as needed to ensure excellence in delivery and a deep understanding of the workflow. The Ideal Candidate: You are a disciplined professional who finds satisfaction in the details. You understand that a successful hardware strategy is built on the foundation of accurate data and robust processes. You are comfortable working independently to manage your workflow and can effectively influence senior leaders through clear, data-backed communication.
