About The Position

This role is accountable for compliance with and enforcement of all corporate and regulatory HSEP standards and procedures. The Process Manager Production implements and adheres to the Quality System, executes production schedules as defined by Production Planning, and is accountable for the operational budget. This position ensures compliance with the labor agreement and resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to the Human Resource Manager for action. The role provides information and feedback to the Order Management and Supply Chain processes. The Process Manager Production reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. They inspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization, and develop or revise standard operational and working practices, observing workers to ensure compliance with standards. This role is responsible for reporting production and quality data accurately and timely, and approves time and attendance for all direct reports.
