Process Manager II (Engineering – Process Development)
About The Position
This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing and operational process improvements. The Process Manager II will develop and implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation. They will create and prioritize technical operations roadmaps to enhance existing processes and enable new operational capabilities. This position involves leading cross-functional teams in problem definition, technical design, and solution implementation, as well as analyzing data to support decision-making and operational strategy. The role also includes investigating operational risks, issues, errors, and escalations to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions, and designing automated workflows to reduce manual processes and improve productivity. The Process Manager II will support engineers, analysts, and operations teams by resolving escalations, providing technical guidance, training, and process improvements. A key aspect of this role is developing a strong understanding of the operations ecosystem, technology platforms, and data models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with diaper manufacturing processes.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or process development.
- Experience within diaper manufacturing or similar high-speed consumer goods manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience implementing process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
